ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER - L-3001 (Cushaling Wind Farm construction)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, as amended, and in the interests of road safety, Kildare County Council has made a Road Works Speed Limit Order as detailed below:
Location: L-3001 Rathangan - Edenderry Road, starting at Bog Cross Roundabout (R401) (Easting 666357, Northing 719950) and ending at Cushaling Bridge on the Kildare / Offaly Bounds (Easting 665013, Northing 725883).
The purpose of the temporary speed limit is to facilitate the construction of the Cushaling Wind Farm project and to improve the safety of workers and road users during the construction phase of the project.
